Struggled with this agency a lot. Gave them over a year to see any tangible improvement but saw zero results. In fact I feel we went backwards and results got worse. Had some nice folk working there but they all seemed to leave and had no continuity. Eventually pulled the plug when we were paying them monthly to undue all the bad work they were doing. Then they had the nerve to try and double the fees without any agreement and even tried to backdate them. When we left they were unaware of the contract terms stating rolling monthly and tried to make out they were doing us a favour by not charging 3 months. Definitely cannot recommend this firm. However Dav was a nice chap (but also left)
